Questionable charges.
Great work and trustworthy. However I was charged for two diagnostic procedures. I feel that since the real problem with the car was not discovered on the first visit and first diagnosis, that I should not have been charged for another diagnostic since the problem was missed the first time. I would like a refund for the second diagnostic.
