I hate giving negative reviews, but I’m recently really disappointed in the service here. We brought our car in after getting new tires and alignment done by this shop. The work had been done about a month ago and we noticed our car started shaking a lot and squeaking after we’d go over 60 mph. Turns out they made a mistake when they wedding the tire and alignment work from last time and our car needed to be rebalanced. We assumed they would fix this for free since it was their mistake, but unfortunately they charged us $60 and kept our car for over 24 hours without even telling us what the problem is.
I so badly wanted to like this place and recommend, but it feels like the work they did wasn’t the best, and we don’t agree with charging a customer for mistakes made by the mechanic. Unfortunately, I do not think we will be back.
