I have to apologize to Shiloh and the owner I gave them a bad review I was very upset but the owner and Shiloh they take care of business they refund half of my money all the labor thanks

Good afternoon Roger,

You do not have to apologize, we are the ones who have to apologize to you because we were unable to find the root cause of the problems. Most of the cars today comes with a central computer that controls al systems. The way to diagnose problems is login in that computer with our diagnostic software reading the error codes and follow the trouble shouting instructions.  
Shiloh did follow all those steps but unfortunately the error signal came back and neither the diagnostic software nor our technical knowledge allowed us to reach the source of the problems.
