I just want to make that you know the pan was not neglected by us and that we proceeded to straighten the pan back to a flat condition to make sure that it was not our main issue, Im glad we could resolve this issue and I appreciate you contacting us and bringing the vehicle back with any unattended issues, please reconsider a rescore if you feel your concerns have been met
