Straightforward Honest Service
All my concerns were addressed, and at no point did I get the impression that the company was wasting my time. I honestly wish I could have brought them more business than I did.

Excellent Service
I recently had a problem with the gear shift on my car and was stuck blocking an entrance to a parking lot. The P & M tow truck arrived within 10 minutes of my call and towed my car to a secure area since it was after business hours. I received a call early the next morning with a description of the problem and cost of the repair. Once the they received the part, my car was ready that afternoon. They also gave my car a thorough check-up and, to my surprise, gave it a quick wash! I’ve taken my cars to P & M for years and they always provide excellent, friendly service for a reasonable price. Great customer service!
