Excellent experience
Once again, P & M provided good service. My car had a 'check engine' light showing and needed other work in addition to that. They took care of the various issues in short order.

Communicative, honest and great work
We have taken our Honda Accord to P & M a few times. I appreciate their honesty and continual communication about the vehicle. They are very fair and prices are good in my opinion. I will definitely keep going there when my vehicle needs anything from an oil change to a repair. I would recommend this auto shop.

Maintenance on my mother's vehicle
They always take very good care of our vehicles. I arrange for care for my truck but also for my elderly mother's. Their customer service makes it stress-free for me.

Read Carefully
P&M Auto got my truck in quickly. They jumped right in on the post/purchase inspection and kept me up to date on the process as it unfolded. They gave me clear answers on the issues they found and quoted me the cost of the repairs. They gave a detailed description of each problem and how they fixed it. The end report included photos and suggested maintenance along with any other details of the inspection. Great service. I talked mainly with a guy named Matt. Overall the best mechanic service I have had.

My car runs, but the check engine light turned on 2 miles down the road
Customer service was OK really transparent, which I appreciated. I went to a few different mechanics after receiving my quote and was notified that they’re really charging me top dollar overall just kind of did not help. Make a rough time any easier for me I will not be coming back. :(

OIL CHANGE
Even though all I wanted was an oil change, I'm glad you found the broken belt in my Honda Fit. Getting stuck somewhere is not what I wanted, since this will be the last car I will own and drive. Thank you.
