Beware , they tried to extract more for service
I got my palisade serviced at platinum hyundai on Dec 29 2025 . Service advisor Audrey Haynes did not help with the service discount . Later when i told her about the service coupons available online , she simply refused to accept them and over charged me . She was not cooperative and rude .

Over the phone , she told me "I was free to take my business elsewhere" . Thanks for being so rude and thats exactly what i will do . I am taking both my cars elsewhere from now .
