Quick and transparent
I wasn't sure what to expect. I showed up for a repair and they were all very welcoming and professional. They had me fill out intake paperwork. I was able to leave while they did their assessment. They called me with the quote that was reasonable. There was no judgement. I didn't feel taken advantage of. Even though I didn't make an appointment or call, they fixed my problem very quickly
