Pharmacy technician
Pinnacle is the only place auto shop I use.I had my car for 12yrs and Pinnacle been the only shop I use for everything, for example they always do my auto inspection any other problems that I may have they always solve them. The service is excellent and all the employees are great excellent service and caer for my vehicle.

Quick and Easy
First time here for inspection. I was 20min late to my reservation and they accommodated me, gave me a time estimate and delivered on it. I was charged just for the inspection and they did not tack on any extra charges. I was even told that my tires would need to be replaced within the year and not forced to get new ones. Informative, fast and affordable.

Quick, Friendly, and Professional
The team were on point today. I had a same day appointment for state inspection and tire rotation and they were able to get me in and out within 2 hours, despite having a full garage. The team up front were friendly as well and did not push me towards anything I didn't need, which is something I had a problem with in the past. Absolutely will be returning again for future car work!

I have been using this garage for over 4 years. It’s very easy to make an appointment. There is always a real person we go answers the phone and they call you when your car is ready for pick up. I am very satisfied with their service and they are one of the very few auto shops with Saturday hours!
