Great Service and very responsive
I went to Picca for a problem I had been dealing with for over a year. I had taken the car to Audi Brooklyn multiple times, where they charged me astronomical amounts and repeatedly claimed the issue was fixed—though it never was. A trusted friend finally recommended Picca, and the experience was a stark contrast. They were honest, transparent, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend!
