A little on the pricey end
A little on the pricier end of mechanic shops but it's worth it. Work is guaranteed for a year, and he breaks absolutely everything down for you as far as explaining what is exactly wrong and what can possibly go wrong.

Great Service and very responsive
I went to Picca for a problem I had been dealing with for over a year. I had taken the car to Audi Brooklyn multiple times, where they charged me astronomical amounts and repeatedly claimed the issue was fixed—though it never was. A trusted friend finally recommended Picca, and the experience was a stark contrast. They were honest, transparent, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend!

Great service
Mark and his team were able to accommodate me on short notice when I had some issue with my brakes.
He replaced the brake pads and rotors in reasonable time and at a fair price.
I highly recommend Pica’s automotive services.

Hard braking problem
I went in because I was having a problem with my brakes and went to Picas first diagnosis and repair. I was told the possibilities and given the option with recommendation to try the least expensive remedies first instead of changing the entire system.
The second step in the progression wound up fixing the problem and it was a moderate cost as opposed to expensive.

Don’t get Towed Here
$400 to change the end of my battery cable, charge my battery, and “reprogram” my car. ended up ruining my battery and actuator and had to buy a new one of both

I had a flat tire and they replaced it and it’s been a year and the tire has been running perfectly fine

Overcharged and got scammed
came with a battery issue was told to go back home and then over the phone advised to run diagnostics, change battery, change alternator - with labor overall it all cost me $900+

When came to pick up the car and asked for diagnostic report, said don't have it. When asked how do you know alternator is faulty, it’s because they ran test. Asked to see the report he said doesn’t have it. Asked for old alternator back said it would cost me $50 extra… Asked next day why the car wasn't fixed like he had promised, said he ordered wrong part and next morning when called he said it will now done in an hour… stories dont add up.

Never had issue with turning car on, or issue with starter… scammed me to replace an alternator for no reason and made up stories. Avoid this place.

not a good experience
Ran a diagnostic ($100) but didnt provide a report when asked
Overcharged on labor cost that required only 30 minute of work
Didnt communicate timeline effectively - initially told me it would be done by end of day, when called the next day said “ordered the wrong part but should be ready in 1 hour”… made no sense.

Refuse to ever go back
