Lost keys
My 2011 Chevy Cruze was picked up on 3/21/2021 from an auto accident seen, keys were given to the tow truck driver and now they are missing? How in the sweet lord do you lose a set of keys so that the owner os said vehicle can gain access to the trunk... I lost a pair of jumper cables and a coat that was given to me by a dear friend of mine... that coat is I’ll replaceable.... as it used to belong to my friends husband.
Not a happy camper here
Plus I was asked to call an hour before going to lot meeting for 10am then became 10:35 am..... how do you make customers wait for you? Not very good business if you ask me

Honest! Trustworthy! Hard to come by these days!!!
Have been going there for a few years now and have always had great honest service! I had them do service and the part went bad within the year warranty and they replaced the part for free, not even knowing the part was bad. That's how you stay in business and get repeated loyal costumers!!!

Emergency Repair Service
They were awesome, my car had several tail lights out. I brought the car there, thinking that it was an electrical problem. It was just that several bulbs had gone out on the car. The got me right in and right out. They were wonderful

I have been a loyal customer for 30 yrs. They are upfront and honest with you and I like that
This time I went for my synthetic oil change and as I was paying for that service they said my windshield washer fluid was low and added some to top it off, charging $2.99/gal. I was not appreciative of that because I did not ask for that (I have a lot of it at home to fill my own) and when professionals think they're doing YOU a favor and charge you, it is NOT a favor. Water is cheap I realize, and if you'd like to reward me at that time for my service to you, then I'd say fill it as a thank you and not an extra. I actually felt violated. Just have to be aware of saying 'not anything extra please' at the next visit. I like giving to people and thought how nice it would have been if they didn't add the extra couple dollar onto my bill. Customer relations is a huge plus in my book
