I worked with Paoe (he said to ask for The Hawaiian Guy) all day and it was amazing. This was the first time buying a new car on my own and being able to have an enjoyable, positive first experience was very much appreciated. We chatted the days leading up to my appointment since I was driving down from Denver and were able to narrow down my wish list before I got there. He took the time to track down and find the #1 on my list for me in one of the other lots, as it had just been delivered and hadn't been processed yet. I am so glad he did that little bit extra because I absolutely love it. The head of Finance was amazing as well, taking the time to walk me through the paperwork and explain the different benefits without making me feel pressured or overwhelmed at any point. 10/10 would recommend.
