Serpent got me.
As always, my service is the chic-fil-a of auto repair. Every time . My happy Sunday ended with a serpentine belt that just went out, thankfully for roadside I got towed to pfefferle. One day later my car is done. Never being upsold on other things, my car is looked over by all eyes and safety is first to this business. Got my car back in perfect condition. Always standing on a warranty for their work. A peace of mind and customer service with a call before doing anything, a call with update and time to pick up the car at my convenience. Everyone is pleasant and happy to speak with. Chris (blonde one) is not a comedian, but even his try at stand up is appreciated. The week of Christmas of all weeks, needing a repair, awful timing. But thankfully it wasn’t that bad and they got me back on the road. I am very appreciative of this auto shop. Thank you.
