Communication was poor I feel ripped off
I went on September 5 2023 to get a quote for my AC not blowing any air. This was my 2nd visit my 1st visit I was turned around because they were busy and I needed to come earlier in the day which is understandable but maybe the work load is just too much on the company because on September 5th I spoke with the owner who had his team do a diagnosis on my vehicle they needed a couple of hours which I waited from 8:30am til about 11:30am they told me what was wrong and charged me the diagnostic fee which cost me close to $200 I was told that that amount would go towards my service after my car was repaired day one they told me they were looking for a used part and would get back to me on the cost of my service the next day I didn’t receive a call so I called he explained that he had just got back into the country and needed more time and would call me back the next day which would be Sep 7th I heard nothing so on Sept 9th I called again and the owner sounded irritated with me saying he’ll just tell me the expensive price with the new part since I can’t wait for him to call me back( btw I never asked for a used part he suggested it) I asked for a quote with a new and used part after it was diagnosed I also never said I couldn’t wait for him to contact me back I was simply being a helpful customer being that I am a business owner and understanding that he is one owner with 100’s of customers and not expecting him to remember to call me back (even though he should) so ok fast forward to Sept 12 I texted again after hearing nothing from anyone asking about the part and quote I was told to contact the shop I guess the owner was tired of my calls so I called the shop and spoke with his son after calling about 4/5 times he explained that it was a dealer part and they were waiting to hear back from the dealer about the part then he would call me back so here I am today Sept 21st and I haven’t heard from anyone at all about the part or the quote!!! I would never suggest anyone go there without maybe looking like money I’m gonna leave a bad review on every site that I can and I’m gonna tell everyone that I can about my bad experience I was willing to pay whatever for my AC because it’s Florida off course. Suggestion hire an office manager to handle your calls and customer call backs because you guys suck I’m that area!!!!
