Brake work
Went to have rotors replaced on our alpine coach. When we picked it up noticed they had charged us 592.65 for each rotor. We told him we had priced rotors and found them for 159.00 each. They overcharged us by about 350%. Called them three times about the mark up and requested to see an invoice for the parts. Haven’t heard or seen an invoice yet. Called them today and left a message on answering machine! No reply! I will continue bad reviews until I hear from them!

Brake work
Overcharged us for 2 rotors! Asked to see an invoice because we knew he was overcharging us! Tried 3 days no reply! He charged us 592.65 @ for two rotors when we couldn’t find rotors for over 200.00. Don’t let them over charge you!!! Beware they are scammers!!!!

Brake job
Sorry we didn't get a written estimate. Charged us 592.96 @ for rotors that we priced @ 159.00 to 200.00 . That over 300% markup. Will never use them again!!!! A total rip off!!!!! Plus they greased up the inside of our rv with their boots!!!

Brake job
If you want to pay 350% markup on parts this is the place to go! When we picked up our motor home to get 2 rotors replaced we were shocked that they charged us 592.65 each for rotors! We had priced them before we took it there so we know they shouldn’t have paid more than 200.00 each. Asked to see an invoice for the rotors and wouldn’t come up with one. Do ya think they were hiding something? Also when they came in out Rv they had greasy shoes and greased up our carpet! Very unhappy!!!

No reply to any type of communication
Sent 3 emails over 3 weeks no reply.
Used Facebook messenger they said call during business hours but didn't answer the question.
Left VM during business hours no reply to question.
Question was about service for Oasis diesel boiler class A rv......no reply....

Custom work
The rig was in for routine oil & filters. During maintenance check they found faulty license plate lite.. Dodge does not make um any more????. Fleet said not a problem, so they rebuilt it. Thanks again. Carl

Management addressed high quote (fixed)
I recently was in contact with Peninsula Fleet and they had explained that the quote was wrong and they apologized and have credited me with the tow fee that I paid to take it to another shop. After explaining that they had a fill in for the time of an unfortunate passing he was inexperience with quoting. I understand since I personally run a business and it sometimes happens. I will continue to bring our trucks in for service.

RV Repair
If you need service this is the place to take your RV. They are fast and very good at what they do. Replaced the heater coil on my motor home which I thought was near impossible but Tim Land and his crew made it happen. Also they found other problems that would have put us back in a repair shop some where don the road. They kept us informed every step of the way and because we are from out of state put us to the head of the line, thanks so much Tim and crew...

Estimates were high compared to others
I had some work that needed to be done. They told me prices and told me that was the cheapest price for these parts. I have worked on vehicles for years but just don't have the time. I researched prices online and found out one part was $400 more than what I found online. Told estimate was $1300 more than another shop. Tried the other shop and they fixed it for $1200 less. I have been using Peninsula for years and had nothing but problems with my trucks. Tried the new place and just do oil changes now. No other problems. Weird.
