Very impressive customer service the manager bend over backwards to assure that my AC unit was repaired properly and promptly and met or exceeded all of my expectations. I will tell my friends of my experience and highly recommend the service.
I was very satisfied with the service I received the manager been over backwards to provide me with the best experience possible. There was some early glitches. Due to more work being required than initially anticipated. These issues were addressed after I was notified of the pre-existing conditions they were fixed with only a minimal extra charge for parts. I’m very pleased and would recommend this service to my friends.

Thorough service but a hassle
The service advisor was really good in that he discovered I need additional service that no one else caught. But it was a hassle. Prices kept dropping the more I delayed. The service itself was fine as they did what they said they'd do when they said they would do it. In the end, my vehicle had oily fingerprints on the hood, the receipt didn't list all the work completed and I was given a couple for a future service discount in a coupon that had already expired.

John at the Wrench did a fantastic job on my company vehicles, very impressed by him and his team! They are all very professional and knowledgeable, communication is top notch when any update comes up about my vehicles.

It’s 2025
In this day and age it has become increasingly difficult to find good people that are not angry or behaviorally brazen with unwanted conspiracies. My car started to sound like I was braille driving on the centerline buttons. I knew it wasn’t good so I parked it. I had to rely on rides everywhere and to my cancer treatments. I live on SS so there isn’t a lot of extra funds to put into car parts. Still I called my mechanic. It wasn’t long before I discovered I called the wrong number and instead got John at the wrench. We quickly decided I should hang up and finish my call. My mechanic could take me at the end of the month. Great I say..that is payday … that will help. Only I now have to find rides to my cancer treatments. Next morning I get a call from John! He offers to tow my car to his shop (free to me) and fix my car in the same day and I could pay at the end of the month. OMG! Who is this!? A decent human in our area! He held true to his word with exception of timing. It took 2 days longer than anticipated but he videoed the problem, sent pictures of the repair and kept in contact. Thank you John - you were a blessing!

Aloha lives here
I felt Aloha & Transparency throughout the whole experience. I was shocked when the owner called me and said I don’t need any fixing as car runs great!?
(My Volvo Dealership of Bellevue had just tried to charge me $3200 when reading off random number codes and false ones at that).
The Wrench for showing me respect aloha and transparency :)
Ps: my mom and dad want to try you now. They saw me gain not lose when investing in a new mechanic shop.

Great service
This was our 3rd time had our car maintenance there. Love the service and the recommendations. They are genuinely helping us. Most of the repair shops always over stating the problem and pushing people to fix so they can make more money, but not at theWRENCH. They tell us what wrong, give us an estimate, and tell us if it's not a safety issue and you don't need to fix it now. If they can't fix it they will recommend us a shop that can fix it. I like their honesty.

I am blessed!
I am so blessed.

Last night coming home from an imagining session my belt went out 3 miles from home. Got home, thankfully. Charged the battery this morning and drove to the autoparts store because they check your alternator and battery for free. They were fine, but the belt was gone. They sold me a new belt and directed me to an auto repair shop to have them put it in. They said one hour. Considering I had no appointment and it was a Sunday, I told them I would buy them a large pizza if it got done on time. They got their pizza. I am blessed!
