Replaced Transmission
While Pearson's technician successfully replaced our transmission at a comparable price to other shops, our front fender was damaged when we picked our vehicle up. We were showed a note on their copy of the bill that said the damage existed; however, the date did not match the date they received the vehicle. The manager said she asked why it wasn't documented before that and was told they assumed we knew about it. They insinuated the damage was done by the wrecker driver, but have neglected to provide a copy of the note "someone" made, that would be my only help, even though I asked three times. Once I was told I would get it, but two times I was ignored completely. I saw the fender while my car was on the wrecker, and there was no damage. So, I believe the damage was done at Pearson and that they suspect it's so. I would recommend taking pictures of your vehicle before taking it there. If it's towed, suggest the wrecker driver do the same when they deliver your vehicle. One thing I DO know is that we reap what we sow, and the one who did this and lied, will reap this - whether Pearson or the wrecker driver.
