Jason, and now Chris, have kept my BMW's running smoothly and safely for the better part of 20 years. I brought my 1980 E12 in with starting issues expecting a new starter/solenoid would be required. Chris inspected it and ended up replacing the heavy gage wire from the battery to the starter and tightened up a couple of bolts. My bill was literally a fraction of what it could have been. If you're not already using them, give them a try. If you are using them, you know how good they are.
