Greg said the guy was really good, friendly and quick. He came in to see them out of the blue and asked them to patch a tire. He did it in 5 minutes. He realized he brought 2 vehicles there, his and his son's. He did it so quickly, he had him pull a nail out of the tire of another vehicle. He finished 2 vehicles in half an hour, it was great.
Lang said it went fine, he needed a quick oil change and they got him in within the time frame he wanted. They were up-front and things went as planned. The oil change was a bit pricey, but it was to be expected, since they were able to get him in at the last minute. They don't have a choice in the price of oil.
