I brought my car in as it was making a sound that sounded like a failing strut. Parks Auto looked at the car and rather than selling me a pair of struts, honestly said that they are making a slight sound but should be good and safe for months. I have so much respect for the honesty and reassurance that the car was safe and will be for quite a while.
