Once again the service I got from Parks Auto was excellent. They went above and beyond to make my experience a pleasant one!! I especially like the fact that I know I am treated with respect and not taken advantage of because I know nothing about cars!
Had no appt.. showed up to get an estimate on car battery replacement… was a good price and they replaced aging battery while I waited…very satisfied!! Never have I had a bad experience since I’ve brought vehicles here… thank you!!!
Van had trouble over thr weekend. I dropped it off without an appointment. They were able to take a look at it same day to diagnos issue. Fixed it the next day. He dropped the vehicle off at my house-- SO helpful with 3 little kids at home!
I can ALWAYS count on crew at Parks Auto. They diagnose the problem and fix it. Zach goes above and beyond as for customer service goes. A 5 star group of people right there!
Been taking my cars to josh for years, wouldn't go anywhere else. He tells us what needs to be done and what will be needed . Very reasonable cost too.
