This was my first time bringing my crap car to parks auto. My parents both referred me and I had a great experience. Josh and his wife are super sweet and Josh thoroughly explained to me what was wrong with my car, gave me a good estimate as well. I've had minor issues with my car since I've had it for being a 2015 but the customer service was top notch and you dont get that from a lot of locally owned shops unless you've been going there 10 plus years. I highly recommend parks auto!
