I gave them a detailed description of the problem I was having with my Mazda. They confirmed the appointment; I spoke to them several times, and when I went this morning to bring the car in for my appointment, which is a 40 minute drive from my house, they waited until I got there to tell me that I would have to take it to the dealership instead. An hour and a half on the road for no reason and they’ve had appointment on their books for weeks. They could’ve called me and told me they couldn’t do the work at any time. They were rude, totally unknowledgeable and flat out lied to me on the phone. Avoid!!
