Poor service all the way around
I went on line to find a sonata. I found one that I wanted at Paramont Hyundai in Valdese. I checked on line for availability of the car and was told the car was at the lot. i arrived at the lot onlyn to be told that the car was not actually at the lot or that they did not know when it would be available. I was then told they could sell me another Sonata. I, with hesitation, ending up buying the Sonata they recommended. I was told the car i bought had wireless Apple Carplay. It has Carplay only not wireless. After purchasing the car and paying in full i was told that they could not find the spare key for this car. When I asked how to get a spare key dealership said they would be glad to sell me one for $300. Ridiculous. I will never use this dealership again or recommend it to anyone who asks me about my experience with this dealership
