I love Palo Alto Auto Care! They order the needed parts as fast as possible, and complete the service so professionally. They explain everything, and have amazingly reasonable prices for parts and labor.

Great experience
Knowledgeable, honest, friendly and hard working team. They are open late and work during weekends as well. They work quick and are flexible with drop off/pick up. Reasonable prices and excellent job done.

Very helpful, quick, and open on Saturday
Car wouldn’t start on a Saturday and needed jumped to do anything. Auto parts store wouldn’t swap and dispose of the old 12V battery because my car was a hybrid. Few stores open, but these guys were super helpful and able to get the new one in quickly and take care of the old one.

The two times I needed help with my car I was welcomed with no appointment.
Although the problems were not complicated they took care of them right away, solved them quickly and professionally.
