Good work. Integrity on what they found avoided a large expense. Simple fix, I expected a much higher repair cost. They easily could have charged for work they didn’t have to do.
Built trust with me. Turned out to be simple fix. Could have charged me hundreds of dollars more but didn’t. I was fully expecting an expensive repair job well done.

Above expectations
I brought my car in for a transmission flush, front diff flush and a/c recharge. P3 performed requested maintenance in a timely manner and kept me informed throughout the work performed. During this maintenance, their mechanic found that i had a bad tensioner pully bearing and performed thorough inspection into my ac issue and fround a few other issues that should be looked into and repaired in the future. I would highly recommend P3 Imports for any work needing done on your mercedes.

Honest and reliable team
Andrea and Ben are great at explaining the issues and giving viable options for each one you may have. Honest and always looking to save the customer money as most know who own foreign cars it’s always $1000 when it goes to the shop for anything. Will continue to use P3 as my preferred shop instead of dealership.
