When I spoke to the service manager he could not tell me the steps taken to diagnose a computer issue or even if the technician was ASE certified.
There is no computer issue.
The owner refuses to take responsibility for the incorrect diagnosis and unnecessary tow from their shop to the dealer.
I am out hundreds of dollars for an incorrect diagnosis and unnecessary tow.
They may do good work on many vehicles. If you are unfortunate and get a bad diagnosis you may be left with only small claims court to try to get your money back when they decide not to refund you.
