They did a good job diagnosing the electrical issue
Great job in diagnosing my mom’s car that it was a battery issue and not an alternator problem that O’Reilly’s said it was when the put their code machine on it.

Friendly service and will go back again.

Job well done
I have dealt with Erik’s several times and drive 100 mile when truck needs work because I can trust them to do a good job. Their prices have always been fair and I recommend it them to anyone that wants the job done right.

They quickly tended to my problem, and spotted another issue that I wanted them to take a look at in a very important area of my vehicle. Excellent Service
Erik's Total Car Care gives excellent, professional-quality automotive service. Their techs are knowledgeable, and the parts they use are high quality. There are many cheaper repair shops around, but none can compare to the quality of Erik's. I always get a feeling of a job well done when I leave their shop.

Sweet potato pie & shut my mouth
David is friendly and knowledgeable. With 20 years servicing the blue badge (found on roadside dead), he knows his stuff. The car could cook a pie on the dashboard with the AC engaged. But the team at Erik’s knew what to do. They refilled the refrigerant and tested pressure. The high and low were below snuff and he said it’ll give 80* on a 100+* day. I said what will it cost to fix? He gave me a quote and after the due time in the shop the AC is crisp as the garage freezer. We ended up right on the money. Trustworthy. Knowledgeable. We couldn’t be happier.
