93 DAYS later and can't drive my car
Bought a 2024 Genesis 93 days ago to license in Washington State. Can't license it because I still have no Title. They blame Genesis Finance which is probably true to an extent. But they take no ownership of the problem. I should get a loaner or rental. I should have a GM screaming bloody murder to solve the problem. Instead I have a car I paid $60k+ for that I can't drive. Can't get a call returned from the General MGR. Been buying cars for 46 years and this is my worst experience ever. Customer service is so bad I'd rather call a cable company.

Recall Issue....
Brought because of a hyundai recall notice. Staff was short with me....and I was told it would cost me $700 to fill my oil n coolant....I said no....and he said basically I didn't understand.
And then he came back handed me paperwork no explanation ....and opened the side door....like leave....

Please take your business elsewhere!
Oxendale Hyundai has been the absolute worst car buying experience i have ever had. I will stick to the facts and keep my review short in hopes that you avoid doing business and wasting your time with this company.
1. Oxendale misrepresented the vehicle they sold me claiming it was a higher trim model then it was.
2. My contracts are litterd with errors and misrepresentation.
3. When servicing my vehicle they ran my vehicle out of fuel and had to tow it.
4. When I went to collect the vehicle they dropped the car off the tow trailer causing thousands of dollars in damage. Oxwndale then refused to fix stating that I can't prove who did the damage even though it was on camera and I was present for the accident I have many photos and I literally picked up broken piecesof my car off the ground after the accident.
5. They threatened to "unwind the deal" after I showed them the evidence of them casing the damage.
6. They refused to provide me with any insurance information stating that there deductible was too high and if I wanted that information I should get a lawer.

Buyer be ware.

Drive in from out of town and took in my daughters car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I explained to them that the left turn signal wasn’t working and upon inspection they were able to figure out the problem. Customer service was on point.

Oil change
Took vehicle in for first oil change only and change out that I had a damaged oil pan that recommended for replacement. Was told it was due to driving on dirt road, informed them that the vehicle don’t go on dirt road and next it was blamed on speed bumps.
