We always receive superior customer service with trustworthy, quality workmanship from Otto Service
We recently purchased used 2010 Lexus GX460 and wanted Otto Service to complete a thorough diagnostic check before leaving on an upcoming road trip. I had already identified a few known issues, but they were able to pinpoint the exact cause, fix the problem, and provided recommendation for a future repair that was not urgent or needed immediate attention. We've had Otto Service repair our other vehicle and I trust and appreciate their honesty. We live North of the river by KCI airport and I wouldn't take my Honda, Toyota, Acura, or Lexus anywhere else.
