Service on my Acura
My impression of Otto Service was extremely high. Very professional and super honest. I told them I wanted an air filter with my oil change. I was told I didn’t need one yet. They could’ve easily sold me an air filter and I would have not known the difference. I would recommend them to anyone who has a Honda or Toyota.

Maintenance Light
The dang light lit up on the dash so I called and made an appointment. Only needed an oil change( which is good). They got it done and advised me on another issue. Good service! Thanks!

Very pleased with my first visit
Cody was great to work with, appreciated his insight and honesty. When replacing the belts, they found other items that needed attention. They ordered the parts and were able to get all the repairs completed the next day with one trip. Otto did a great job! Thanks again!!!

PERSONAL SERVICE
Otto Service is the only shop that touches my car besides myself. Having them work on my car is always very pleasing. It's one of the reasons I drive a Honda, because I want them to be my service center. I hate going to the dealership if I can avoid it. I also like that they provide me with a loaner vehicle so I don't have to wait around or put them in a rush. I can go about my day. Very nice, knowledgeable crew.

Great Service
Otto is a specialized car repair shop. Because of their expertise I have been to them twice for major repairs. They offer a loaner vehicle as well! Cody is very good at returning phone calls and communicates well! I will likely only use Otto to keep my Honda working properly!

Great Service
I have been to Otto twice for my Honda CR-V repairs. Cody’s communication is clear and my calls have always been returned promptly! Their service is straightforward and because they specialize in Honda’s the confidence I feel going to Otto is higher than with other repair shops who work on all car models. I love that they offer a loaner car at a very modest price and this is a big reason that I use them as I have no family here locally.
They have gone the extra mile for me! The shop is clean and organized.
I highly recommend this team of car experts!
