Will NEVER shop here again.
The Service Manager is rude and avoided my husband and I unless she was jumping into a conversation between us and someone else. She always left every time before we came to pick up our 2024 Venue (that we continually had problems with) despite it being within her "normal work hours" or if she saw us come in she would find some excuse to leave. She also kept putting our work orders under "Certified Pre-Owned" when the vehicle was sold to us as new. The story was never the same, they removed parts from on-lot, new to be sold vehicles and putting them on our vehicle to "test" and "diagnose" issues on our vehicle. They left several of the "new" parts they clearly said were from the on-lot vehicle that was for sale, on our Venue after we picked it up for the last time (with no resolution of our issue with the vehicle pulling automatically to the right, up and over road crowning.) Service manager also falsely stated this was because "Federal Regulations require ALL manufacturers to program their vehicles to pull to the right incase of a head on collision". The service guys up front are pretty great and friendly, but have no power or say so. Everyone from the service manager up is a liar and do bad business.
