John at Oak Court Auto’s genuine honesty is something I’ve experienced on several occasions. Either from bringing him my car for what I think it a major problem. To him telling me it the positive cable on my battery post wasn’t fully engaged due to the ant-corrosion washer was blocking it - no charge. Another time there was just a loose connection- no charge. Recently he I got new tires put on my 16 yr old son’s old Tacoma. He said it took a day longer because the wheels I wanted came in but we’re 3 yrs old. He sent them back and got me new ones. I never would have known the difference but John did the right thing because that’s who he is.
