Excellent Customer Service
I am absolutely satisfied with the service at Norris Garage and have been going ever since Larry helped me out with a back break light on my truck. On June 2, I had another emergency situation and drove my truck from the beach straight to their shop because I knew once I made it there; I was in good hands. My truck brakes were not in good shape, but they had my truck out the next day. I know nothing about mechanic work, but Mr. Norris can explain what is going on in such simplistic terms that a child could understand. I appreciate the explanation, the patience with answering questions and the diagrams that make it easy to remember when to get the fluids changed as well as what service is due. Thank you Norris' Garage for all that you do!

Leaking radiator
What can I say the shop got me in a sooner than planned because my radiator was leaking quicker than I could fill it. Told me it would take 3 and half hours. It took 4 I can’t complain because I know the work was done correctly
