Thank you for following up regarding the brake noise issue. As discussed in person when you visited the shop, the brake pads and rotors you supplied for installation are showing signs of defect, which is causing the noise you're experiencing. At that time, we informed you the issue was due to the quality of the parts provided, and we offered to replace them with parts from our shop, which come with both a parts and labor warranty.

We also advised that you could return your defective parts to the supplier for a refund. However, you chose to decline our offer for replacement at that time.
As a reminder, since you supplied your own parts, our warranty DOESN'T APPLY TO YOU. We're still happy to assist if you decide to move forward with quality replacement parts through us.
