Dropped the car off at 8am after being told it was OK to supply your own parts. After i got their with a friend to pick me up, they raised the hourly rate because i supplied my own parts then doubled the amount of time i was quoted to do the work. At 3pm they called, informed me there was a minor issue, i gave them permission to fix the issue. At the end of the day i got there to find they decided they did not want to take the corrective action for the issue and never bothered to fix my car.
