Car Collision repair
Took almost two months without proper justification. No proper communication or update of the repair. Because of these reasons I had pay months of rental car from my pocket. Very disappointed.

Collision repair
I am highly upset with the way I was treated at Keeler Mercedes. My car was vandalized while on a trip to NYC, so i called my insurance agent to get a claim started. I received several referrals to collision shops in the area, but decided go with Keeler. Big mistake! At first, the interaction with Bailey(customer rep) went well, but things took a turn for the worst when i picked up my vehicle on 5/7/25. Firstly, the vehicle had several areas that were not addressed, in addition to new damages that were not there when I dropped off the vehicle. Also, the inside of the vehicle had a very bad smell. Clearly the job was rushed and handled poorly. Bailey was apologetic, and admitted that her team dropped the ball, and said, “I would never deliver a vehicle that is in this condition to a customer”. She advised me to take the vehicle home, and said she would call me with a plan in a couple of days. The call never happened. So, I ended up calling Keeler to follow up, and spoke to two of her bosses. They were both dismissive and rude! I was told that a supplementary claim would be submitted to Geico for the areas that was missed but the other areas are not on them. Bad business practices! I will be reporting this experience to the Attorney Generals office as well.

Insurance Claim
We had a great experience with Keeler for our car repair after an accident.
The work performed is impeccable, but the best was the support and help from Bailey, their representative. She was friendly, very helpful and supportive throughout the ordeal. Thank you very much for everything.

Body Shop Repair
Derek Paradise did an excellent job of working with insurance companies, providing me updates and answering my questions. The repair to my car was also excellent, in that it is virtually invisible. The paint blends perfectly with the original color and my 22 year old car appears new. Thank you.

We'd be happy to resolve the problem for you however that means you would have to allow us to pick up the vehicle and then deliver it back to you as we have attempted to make arrangements for. We understand this may be an inconvenience so if you need to wait until after the holidays to be without the vehicle for the day please let us know what day would work for you.

Collision repairs to my X3
From the start of the process the team was very helpful and explained the process. Bailey was exceptional at keeping us informed and Carisa was a gem negotioating with our insurance company. Both are very professional and knowledgeable in their fields. Our insurance adjuster commented on this also. Thank you to the whole team for helping in making our vehicle shine again!

It's unfortunate that Geico decided to play the role of the communication hiccup in this whole saga, leaving you to bear the brunt of the rental car fees. It's like a game of telephone gone awry, and we wish you didn't have to be a player in that one. Rest assured, we'll see what we can do to untangle this web for future customers.
