Repair Sunroof deflector.
After calling several places, I contacted Nimey’s New Generation. I spoke with Lauren who advised this was something they believed they could address. I brought my vehicle in to verify if the work could be completed. Upon inspection, it was confirmed the Sunroof Wind Deflector could be repaired without having to replace the entire Sunroof. Lauren handled ordering the parts and setting up a schedule for the repairs within a week of my initial visit. She also advised they do a thorough inspection of the vehicle to determine if any additional repairs are necessary. I came in the day the repairs were scheduled. Nathan took all the necessary information for the repairs to start. A complete inspection was done and Nathan provided me with a list of suggested repairs. He itemized them in the order the repairs should be made. I found this to be very helpful. The mechanic I had be going to for the past 20 years just retired. Therefore I was looking for a new place that I could trust and didn’t feel being taken advantage of. Based upon the encounters I had with both Lauren and Nathan, I believe I have found that place.
