I scheduled a service appointment online on the 28th on Jan & confirmation for 2/4/2021 for 2:30 pm & when i get there 10 min before 2:30 pm not only i check in but i wasn't in the system SMH then they said they going to try to squeeze me in which "WHATS TO SQEEZE IN?!?!" i scheduled appointment...They assume the car wasn't bought as new which i paid $99 something for a oil service WHICH not only i did brought it NEW but as warranty 3 yrs or 36,000 it should be $34.78 SMH...My tires wasn't pressure at least 34 psi on all 4 tires, next day i had to add air at Kroger before work, it was flagged as low.Yes i still Recommend Nielsen to a friend to get a Hyundai or a KIA but they gotta improved Website completion/confirmation to those dealers,I "Literally" had to look up my emails by my Iphone to back up my story .... :( JUST to check-in :(
