I would like to commend NextDay Inspect on their excellent customer service. I would also like to commend Khaled on personally calling and requesting feedback on how the inspection went, he took down suggestions for improvement and plans on integrating them going forward. I think if you would like to be walked through the inspection and instructed on items in your home live, it would be good to voice that to the inspector or the representative at the time of booking.
