April, 2017: I purchased a new vehicle from Hilton Head Hyundai (part of New River Auto Mall) in 2011 and another new vehicle from Hilton Head Hyundai in 2013. I have nothing but praise for the professionalism, competency, and expedience of the service department staff. They've earned 5 out of 5 stars on those categories every time I've had my car serviced by them. HOWEVER... they now require that the customer sign an arbitration agreement before they will accept a vehicle for service. I most recently experienced this in December, 2016. This is a HUGE PROBLEM. I won't rule out doing business with this dealer again, but I am inclined to take my business elsewhere. 1 star until they do away with the arbitration requirement.
