Regarding your battery, as part of our complimentary inspection the technician load tests the battery and includes the results in the inspection report with a photo. The battery failed the test and it's recommended the battery be replaced soon. We do not add battery fluid, as most vehicle batteries are "maintenance-free", and often sealed with no removable caps. I'm sorry if there was a miscommunication - We're always happy to clarify any services we provide, so feel free to reach out anytime if you have questions! In response to your concerns over labor being expensive, our labor rate is anywhere from 10% to 50% less than our competitors, and many independent shops will not or cannot work on the same vehicles as us. We charge per the book, which is a standard Labor Guide from Mitchell1.
