My wife's car had a tire issue which was easy enough to repair but how many people would answer the phone and get the tire repaired before their scheduled time to open? This is just one example of how Jim and his staff take care of their customers! I have 2 vehicles that are routinely maintained by the staff at New Augusta and I have complete confidence in their knowledge and capabilities. When they find problems they also provide options so the consumer can make an informed decision taking into account safety, reliability, and personal economics.
