Car sounds broken right after spending 2500 on it
I love to give these guys the benefit of the doubt this is the second time I picked up a vehicle that doesn’t seem quite right after being in the shop for days.

Regular service excellence
Fellas in service knocked it outta the park yet again. Went in for an oil change and to do some spacer work on the car. Great service and fantastic result. Not surprised though, always a great experience working with all the staff at Nate’s Auto!!!!

Good customer service, more than I wanted to pay
Nate’s Auto had great customer service. Easy to get a hold of and great help over the phone. I appreciated their text follow up immediately after they checked out my car to let me know what needed work. Not the small-town, honest and unassuming type of shop I’m used to and value, much more on par with dealership type service. Im sure they do good quality work, prices just ended up higher than I wanted for my old, high-mileage vehicle.

Easy and courteous
Even if you have to leave a msg., you get a call back which is nice this day and age. The staff is very responsive and accommodating to requests and provide updates when requested. I can't really say a bad thing about my experience with the crew at Nate's.

Always professional and efficient
I brought my Tesla is for a VT state inspection and as always the staff is friendly, professional and efficient. I was in and out quickly.

Excellent service!
I needed a part replaced in order to pass inspection. Nates was able to get me in quickly and also did an extra repair that needed to be done. The price was less than what my dealer quoted. Cory is always on top of things and gets the job done.
