Service dept is horrible
Dropped my daughter’s car off after making an appointment with loaner car. She gets there no loaner car. They said we will have some answers on why your check engine light is on in 3 hours. We call in 3 hours and told by Maurice sorry it takes 3 days to diagnose the problem. Yes he really said that. An hour later she gets a text and says car checks out fine no repairs needed. I called service advisor that goes by the name of a (junior) a total of 8 times. He should be fired. Called service manager no body will call me back. Then an hour after that she gets a voice mail saying it needs a thermostat and they’re working on it now.
So we called numerous times up until the time they closed to see if it was ready and completed. No one would answer the phone or return calls. They’re unprofessional and clearly need to fire some people.
