I was broken down at the gas station and from the start of getting a call from All About Automative South they were super helpful. The guy called me and asked what was wrong with it and working on a tow truck to come. While on phone my car was rolling back and he helped me figure out where my parking break was because in that moment I was freakening out and not thinking. He was so nice and helpful. The tow truck guy was very nice as well and came within 20 mins of his call. Scott was so nice when I got to the shop and explained what he was gonna do. They offered me a ride back to my place because my car wasn’t going to be ready any time soon. Scott explained everything that was wrong with it. They were all super respectful, helpful and the experience was overall amazing. I had no issues at all. I will definitely be going back there from now on when have car problems even if I don’t need my car towed!
From the tow truck driver Vincent who picked the car up to the service in the shop for a blown out tire getting back with price. The best part the car was towed back to house. The driver on that end I didn’t catch his name but was sooo nice and sweet

Excellent service
We needed an emergency tow and a tire replaced. Service was courteous and our Jeep was finished as promised.
Scott was excellent. He kept me informed, was polite and did his best to make sure the repair was done right and at a reasonable cost to me. End result, tire,rim and alignment repair.
Despite the over-load of handling as many
customers as you had, your ability to get to each one in a timely order is com-

task, however, part of the delay was my in

After getting a quote for a repair at the dealership we decided to have All About Automotive diagnose the problem and provide a quote. They were able to repair the vehicle above and beyond what the dealership would do and did it for about 60% of what the dealership was charging. Communication was great and service was excellent. So glad we decided to give them a shot and will definitely use them in the future if needed.
