I can’t speak highly enough about Scott and the team at All About Automotive South. From start to finish, they were professional, attentive, and went above and beyond. Not only did they follow through on everything they promised, but they made sure my car was serviced perfectly, returned it in pristine, clean condition, and even called me with updates before I had the chance to follow up.

I had a wonderful experience with All About Automotive, both with Scott and Thomas. They were extremely detailed in their quotes, and honest all the way out the door. They even took my car and had it washed and detailed. I will be returning to have them do additional work on the car in the following week, replacing damaged heat exchangers that they noticed during their overview of the car. With their thoroughness and AAA discount, they are more than competitive in their pricing and thus my decision to bring the car back for the additional work

I used towing and repair shop services. They were up to my expectations, Scott kept things very transparent with me, he and the mechanics are well knowledgeable and equipped to get the job done. My car situation was a little tricky, and being under such good hands made a difference for positive outcome.
AAA shop so you get a discount. Upfront about what's needed. Talk you through every problem. Loved that they aren't pushy and they don't try to scare you. Good shop and good mechanics.
AAA towed my car to this shop and Scott informed me that my starter needed to be replaced. However, a few hours later, he called to tell me that the new starter they had put in was defective. This happened last Friday, and I was told the car wouldn’t be ready until Monday. I had no car to use over the holiday weekend. On Monday afternoon, it was delivered to my condo complex, seemingly in working condition. However, this morning (Tuesday), it wouldn’t start! Turns out my battery charge drained while it was at the shop for 4 days (this was a new DieHard battery that I purchased 5 months ago, and was working fine last Friday). As a result, Omar Zelaya came to jump start my car battery. He advised me to get the battery replaced, so I then had to drive it to the mechanic shop where I originally purchased the battery (since it was thankfully still under warranty). I really appreciated Omar’s support and assistance, and at the same time felt very frustrated by the whole experience, especially since it came with a high price tag!
