Subject: Extremely Disappointed with Genesis Customer Service
My 2023 Genesis with only 9,000 miles completely died in my driveway on Sunday morning, October 19, 2025. Today is October 22, and I still have no assistance or resolution.

Neither AAA nor Interstate Towing could even open the doors. Hyundai of West Palm Beach, which has serviced my car for over two years, has ignored multiple requests for help. The towing company refuses to move the vehicle unless I sign a waiver accepting full financial responsibility if they damage it — which I will not do, since I don’t even own the car.

I’ve been told it will take three to five more business days just to hear from a case manager. Meanwhile, I’m expected to continue paying the $1,200 monthly lease for a $115,000 vehicle that is completely inoperable. There are also no loaner cars available for three weeks.

This is unacceptable. I’m being pressured to keep paying for a luxury car I can’t even open, while receiving no support from the company that sold and services it.

Do you really expect me to lease another Genesis after this experience? I expected much better from a brand that promotes itself on quality and service. Instead, I’m left stranded and frustrated.

Shame on Genesis for treating a loyal customer this way. Others deserve to know what they might face in a similar situation.
