Bad service
This dealership need to be shutting down cause of bad service my Hyundai Santa Fe 2018. Been there for three months
( For a engine light )
and I don’t did several things , at first the said bad coil and bad oil pressure switch plus bad spark plug so I did all that they called said the car ready to pick up I went and got the car on my way home the light came on again so I turned back the car the next morning later on that day they called me back said the wire harness need to be change ok cool my warranty corved it and I still had to paid $1200 out my pocket so got my car back again on my way to work the same night I’m driving my car i started to smell gas then engine light came on again so I send them a few pictures to let them know so the next morning again I took the car back. so got a call said engine need to be change and it will be cover by Hyundai I was okay cool , month later they called me and said the car ready I went again to picked up my car drove the car out the dealer engine light came on . So how my question is why the dealer can’t figure out the problem of the own peace of shit I mad a claim at Hyundai customer service and it look like even them can’t help . I suggest nobody to go there for service cause the very trash cause of they incompetent they were tried to get me to trade in my car
