Napleton Hyundai North Palm Customer/Employment Experience
Hello, I’d like to start by saying that I am a women, with a life long experience in business, as I have been self employed for most of my life, beginning in new York’s garment district as a factory owner with over 75 employees, moving on to South Florida’s Exploding Real estate market in the early 90’s and remaining in this field as a top sales professional with degrees for the last 3 decades, recently moving to the palm beach area, I purchased a new vehicle from Napleton Hyundai on North Lake Blvd, with good relationship with dealer staff, I was offered an opportunity to join their sales team, i enthusiastically accepted and started working. I found a few in the staff willing to take time in showing me around and the way the system works. I must say the general manager Pedro and Rosi were great to work and deal with from the very beginning, and couldn’t have been better or more supportive. However when it came to the rest of the management where the responsibility fell directly on their shoulders to train and deal with staff, it fell really short and unprofessional, it couldn’t have been a worse experience, as I took direct criticism and racism from the very beginning as I worked with these managers , Scott Raul, Chris Brown, and worst of all Scott Steiner, all of which turn out to be very racist against Hispanic/black, I was belittled, disrespected, and made to feel as I was less than they were even to the point my name was made fun of, never had I experienced such treatment working in this country, keep in mind this was in my first two weeks of training, of which they never provided or trained properly, but then expected same result as employees that have been there far longer than I, even with years of experience in that field. So if you’re looking for a good place of employment, I can surely tell you that the Napleton Family dealerships on North Lake Blvd is not the place to work . If you happen to be black or Hispanic this is not the place for you, unless the management staff is properly ethically trained or replaced for neutral non biased non racist proper clean management, as should be in any company that chooses to employ people from all backgrounds and genders, Napleton Hyundai has failed miserably due to a few bad apples in their management staff, and am sure if questioned other employees, they may express or have experienced the same treatment and behavior from named managers. This was my experience as a Hispanic/black woman in the two weeks I was part of this company, Future Employees Beware!!!!
