I recently took my car to a dealership for an oil change. However, without my request, they proceeded to rotate the tires as part of their service. A few days later, I noticed significant wobbling while driving. Upon returning to the dealership, I was informed that my tires were severely worn and had been rotated despite their condition. The dealership's management was hostile and offered to waive labor fees but refused to cover the cost of replacing the damaged tires. They even insinuated that I had caused the damage through off-roading, despite minimal mud traces. Despite their attempted resolution, the ongoing vibration while driving poses a severe safety concern, and I am left unsatisfied with their response.
